Gujarat Vidyapith has recently announced a recruitment drive for teaching and non teaching positions. Educational Qualification Required Teaching Posts for Assistant Professor :- 

  • As per UGC REGULATIONS ON MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR APPOINTMENT OF TEACHERS AND OTHER ACADEMIC STAFF IN UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES AND MEASURES FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS IN HIGHER EDUCATION, 2018:
  • A Master’s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university

Essential Qualifications Administrative Posts :- 

  • Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
  • Master’s degree with minimum 55% of marks or equivalent in Museology or Conservation or Archaeology or Indian History from a recognized University/Institute
  • M.Sc. with at least 55% of marks or equivalent grade from recognized University

Application Process :-

  • Online submission of application can only be made through Gujarat Vidyapith’s website http://gujaratvidyapith.org/employment/.
  • Before final submission of online Application form, the candidates must read the declaration carefully and
    furnish his/her consent on it, without which he/she will not be able to complete the Online Application.
    Candidates will not be able to edit Online Application once submitted.
  • On successful completion of your complete application, an auto-generated email will be sent on your registered
    email-id. In case you have not received an email, please check / ensure that submission of Part-II of the
    Application has been completed successfully.

  • Website closure for submission of online application : Dt. 18.06.2024 (Tuesday) Up to 4.00 PM
